Refund and Returns Policy

Hey there! Thanks for choosing 7OH Vape. We want you to love your experience with us, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. We’re here to help!

Because we deal with consumable products (like our 7-OH tablets and liquids), we have a few specific guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and satisfaction.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused.
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact.
  • In the same condition that you received it.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or had the safety seal tampered with.

2. How to Start a Return

Ready to send something back? It’s easy:

  1. Shoot us an email at sales@7ohvape.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you instructions on where to ship your package.
  3. Please do not send items back to us without first contacting our support team—they won’t be able to find your order!

3. Damages and Issues (The Oops Policy)

We take great care in packing your orders, but accidents happen! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong thing, contact us immediately at sales@7ohvape.com We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Products: Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or from our clearance section are generally non-refundable.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once the return is accepted) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Keep in mind: Your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged goods), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
